Being able to draw a straight line directly to saving a life every day. Not many people get to do that.
Sure, we go to work for other reasons like making money to pay bills, send kids to college, buy a nice house, but you can do that in dozens of other jobs and professions that are much easier. We all choose to stay in the medical device industry.
We all have more challenging days than we do easier ones. When you are having one of those days, pause for a moment and remember why you chose to be part of this amazing industry. Snap on that chinstrap and get back in the game.
There is no crying in medtech. Back at it.
